VISION - Continually fascinated with phenomenon like the gravitational attraction of planets, refracted spectral light, dance and movement, Ed Krent has created an amazing collection of sculptural gestures. Each piece is carefully nurtured and developed, inspired by time, space, movement and change. Conceived for architectural and public spaces, Krent’s sculptures are influenced by nature and culture. Some pieces express transformation through programmed colored light, which animates and interacts with the form. The subsequent creation of new worlds is intended to trigger dialogue in participants…the merging of interpretive theater with the senses.
